Allows you to drive all 5 Police vehicles including the SWAT Armored Van. They're all fully functional, however upgrades does not work properly, they transfer from previously used vehicle, so you must customize any normal vehicle, then change to police vehicle and parts will transfer over.

This includes the following police vehicles:
Ford Crown Victoria
Dodge Charger SRT8
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
Police Rhino (Ford Explorer i think)
SWAT Van

Untested online
Tested and works with retail version 1.5.0.0 (right click on NFS13.exe > properties > details to check version of your game)
