Advanced Color Changer Trainer and Infinite Nitros (refill only).
There is no Nitros freeze option, because it will "glitch" with the powershot nitros, so it cannot be turned off, unless disabled, so instead you have refill option.

Untested online, but should work fine
Tested and works with retail version 1.5.0.0 (right click on NFS13.exe > properties > details to check version of your game)

Installation:
Download trainer and sys.dat
place trainer.exe and sys.dat inside same folder/directory
Run trainer

Usage:
read the usage inside trainer
colors are in RGB format (Red Green Blue)
You need to mix colors to get specific colors, like Dark purple that i demonstrated on video, is done by mixing blue and red. 75% blue and 25% red
Then brightness/shine can be added to get chrome effect.
All default (original game values) are between 0 and 1, so they are like 0.1, 0.55, 0.21 ..etc
Anything above that, will go funny, but will not crash game, it's safe to put any value you want
Also value with - (minus) will work, simply add the - before the value.
