not really. I just made it so ppl can suggest what to do there.
GTA 4 has cheats, so I really don't see anything i can do. infinite ammo maybe ? or infinite health ? or is it really necessery ?
If somebody thinks he/she needs it, then simply post a reply and request whatever you want. ideas are welcome..

is there any cheats or hacks for gta 4 (PS3) online gameplay?...

i don't have ps3 and i don't really know how ps3 works (can you run programs from HDD, like tsearch for example..etc) so i dunno much, but ps2 games can easily be hacked with certain hardware and software.
for example for ps2 there's 'gameshark', it is a small modchip that will basically act like a trainer on pc. it will intercept game's memory and changes it with a simple 'code'
There's also some software available for ps2, like 'action replay'. it is a CD you put in before game, then you choose your game and cheat codes you wish to use, then you take out the cd (keeping the part of program in ps2's memory) and put in the game cd/dvd and press continue, then game will start with all the cheats enabled.

so based on that...im quite sure that ps3 has same methods.

but im quite sure that none of them will work without some kind of a modchip, you need the modchip to be able to play the pirate media (games and dvds).
