for past 10-15 years, censorship has become a serious problem and here's why it's a big problem:
for some reason, big companies like google and also governments, think that shielding people from truth is best approach to prevent further problems, they treat things like cancer, but ignoring cancer, doesn't make it go away.
let's bring some examples of why censorship is extremely narrow-minded and stupid:
car chases:
if some teenager sees a car chase on live stream or tv, they usually think it's cool. let's say car chase ends with crash and suspect dies, they think "cool, i can do all this and then peacefully just die", but problem is that it's censored.
reality isn't a fairytale as they tell it in news "bad guy crashed and died, good guys won", this isn't reality, that's a fairytale made for stupid kids.
reality, is that those crashes often end with suspect in agonizing pain, can you imagine how it feels like to have your limbs ripped off from you? having half of your skull split open while you're still alive and concious?
imagine being stuck in car for hours, without any medication .. this is the kind of pain that is hard to even imagine, but they censor it and leave it out, making it look very peaceful and nice.
this further encourages stupid people do act in same manner, because they're not afraid of consequences and they can't be afraid, because they are not aware of consequences. this is why you shouldn't censor those things!
kids doing stupid shit:
there was some case where some stupid teenager fell off a parking lot roof with a scooter, this is yet another perfect example of kids not being afraid of consequences, beacuse they're not aware of reality due reality being censored so much.
when i was kid myself, i remember lot of other kids constantly thinking that such behaviour is cool and often i heard the lines "so what if i die, at least i'm dead then", they totally jump the gap between the accident and death, they don't understand that it's not that simple.
i bet this kid who fell with scooter didn't die instantly either, i'm sure he was in agonizing pain for hours. imagine having your bones sticking out of your body .. having that sharp insane pain.
i never had a broken bone, cuz i'm not an idiot nor snowflake, but i've felt some serious pain. for example i once dropped a shelf on my toe, it fell under angle that it directly hit my toe with full force, i might have had a broken toe, but i'm not some snowflake who would go to a doctor with something like this, i was able to move my toe, even tho it hurt like hell, so i didn't care much. i took some painkillers and put ice on it.
but i still have that moment in back of my head and it makes me more cautious in future.
it was totally my own fault, i was doing things half-cocked and i knew it.
but people who have never seen nor felt anything like this, they are just not afraid of any of it, which is why it's more likely that they will act it out without any fear of consequence.
young girls doing nude camshows:
this has been a thing ever since internet and webcams. when i was younger i used to go to those public videochats aswell, places like omegle and such. girls often did those "dares" or just said "i'll take my shirt off for 100 likes" and then "i will take my pants off for 500 likes", they do this for attention and likes, but they are not thinking of consequences, you can be sure that someone is recording, but they don't think.
they don't think that this will float around internet for rest of their life and there's no way of getting rid of it, someone, somewhere, will always keep posting it.
censorship is NOT an answer, even tho it might damage the person involved, it will damage way more people if they are not aware of what happens.
they should make those public knowledge, i can understand if they censor the nudity, but like cmon ... anyone who has access to internet, has seen naked people and it is STUPID to think they haven't. so trying to "protect" kids from nudity is extremely narrow-minded and stupid thing to do. if they can't see it online, they will find a way to see it elsewhere.
instead, you should use those cases and bring them as example of what happens if you are acting like a whore in public video chatrooms.
there was one case where some 12yo girl did that, some troll recorded her and then started blackmailing her for further content, saying that he will post it in her school and send it to her parents, as result she took her dad's gun and shot herself.
this case should be used to show others what happens if you are acting like a stupid naive whore, but instead they are heavily censoring it.
lack of experience and awareness:
this is very fundemental concept, how is someone suppose to know how pain and horrific things feel like, if they never experienced nor seen any of them? people and animals are curious by nature, hence the saying "curiousity killed the cat".
for example, violence between kids is a growing issue and i can easily tell that REASON for that is NOT internet, it's censorship! if kid does something bad, like takes a hammer and hits someone with it, then idiots nowdays try to explain "THIS IS BAD THING" and they basically take no action at all.
what they need to do, is slap that kid (not with hammer) in a way that this kid feels some sort of pain. i'm not saying beat kids, if this is what you understand from this, then you're a retard with no common sense.
i'm talking about old fashioned way, take a belt and slap that kid across his ass few times.
reason why it's so effective, is because that kid now knows how pain feels like and this makes this kid understand how others feel like when he/she beats others, this kind of method evolves one's empathic abilites.
if kid never understands pain, then he doesn't understand how it effects others and WHY it's bad.
it's a proven fact, that most kids who were told not to drink nor smoke as kid, grew up to become regular drinkers and/or smokers. that's perfect illustration of this effect. they were TOLD not to do it, without any reason. their curiousity won and it always wins.
perfect example of "grass is always greener in neighbour's yard", but this only applies if you have never been to neighbour's yard. if you'd live there yourself, even for short period of time, you'd understand that grass is NOT greener, it just seems like it. it's different, but not necessarily "better".
that's why using mild violence is necessary.
good example of this, try explaining to a hungry lion in jungle not to eat you, think your words would mean anything to that lion? try saying "don't eat me nice lion, it's WRONG, violence don't solve anything, i will bring you lot of food if you don't eat me", think it will work?
NO! obviously NOT. you have to violently defend yourself or get eaten.
lot of animal "experts" don't approve this, but it's most effective way, use mild violence. for example domestic cat pissing in corners or on your sofa, there's very quick and simple solution. grab the cat and stick his/her nose into the piss and gently slap the cat with something like a plastic or wooden ruler across the thigh. idea of this is not to hurt the cat, if you don't know how hard, then slap yourself across back of your hand and see how it feels, you need to slap hard enough to identify it as negative feeling, it doesn't actually have to cause any real pain, idea is to register that event as negative for the cat. then put cat in the right place where he/she should go for a piss.
this usually works after 1-2 times, but NEVER do this if cat (or other animal) is locked out of the area and has no choice but to piss/shit in a corner or on your sofa, because this way it's just senseless violence. you should only do this if animal has full access to correct area, but refuses to go there for some reason.
i know, lot of idiots will roll their eyes and call animal brutality, but that's close-minded and stupid thing to say, i like cats and i would never truly hurt a cat. a slap is not violence, it's to make sure that cat understand that this is negative encounter and pissing in corner is what lead to this. just like how cats can sometimes scratch you with claws. for example one cat i had, didn't like to be picked up on some reason, i sometimes tried and he usually ended up scratching me and it was opposite of it, i understood that he doesn't like to be picked up so i stopped trying. not like cat can tell me what he issue is, he just reacts negatively and scratched me.
in other words, violence is form of communication and when used right, it's not brutal nor barbaric, it's necessary.
reason why violence among kids is growing, is because they don't understand it. they don't fully understand it, they have no empathy and you CAN'T have empathy if you never felt how it feels like to have someone do this to yourself.
black mirror: arkangel:
this is one of the best tv shows i've seen that shows the consequences of censorship.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5709250
if you haven't seen it, i strongly recommend you watch it. this shows what happens if kid grows up without any sense of what is wrong or right.
how can kid know what is wrong or right, if they have never experienced anything bad?
it is essential for survival to know what pain is and how it feels like, without it, 99% of people would be dead already. they'd eat things that kill them, like poison mushrooms.
watch it and see for yourself, i think it predicts near future very well and soon such things will become serious problems, people will be like mindless bots (they kind of already are).
violence towards others due censorship:
this is about censoring information about suicide methods, which is extremely bad practice and here's why:
i'm very depressed person myself (mainly cuz i'm lonely and evil selfish spoiled girls rather see me dead than be my gf), so i know what i'm talking about.
for example if someone is looking for peaceful method on how to suicide, this doesn't always mean that person necessarily wants to die, it's more of a failsafe aka safety net, when all else fails, then you have way out, which gives you peace of mind and it can be very powerful positive effect on your life, knowing that you have this ace in your sleeve. this can often help depressed people.
but if you censor all information about it, then often it leads to further frustration and anger, which eventually will turn into violence towards others. if person is being denied the information on how to peacefully suicide, then that person often turns violent towards others.
perfect example is significant incerase in public / school shootings, this is what happens if people are denied a peaceful method to suicide, they get angry at society and will blame everyone else for it, which is partially true. it IS people's fault on fundemental scale. censorship wouldn't exist if it wasn't for idiots, therefore this information would be freely available and those think about suicide, would have easy access to things like L-pills and exit bags. there was someone who was selling those so called "exit bags", it was a bag with filtration that allows gas to build up and it came with a small gas tank.
L-pill is cyanide pill that was often used in WW2 and before that, it was also acting as "safety net", mostly among spies and soliders. if they get captured, they have oppertunity to use it rather than being tortured.
anyone who has suicidal thoughts, is in agonizing pain and they just want it to end, there are only 2 ways how this pain ends: 1) death or 2) fixing what is wrong.
if you try anything else, they will turn violent towards those who cause them more pain (trying to stop them and deny them the methods).
so once again, censoring the information is not a way to go, it will cause bigger problems.
ask yourself, what is better, to have someone kill him/herself peacefully or have that person become a school shooter and take several lives?
and even if you get to them before they turn violent, so what? you going to act barbaric and TORTURE them further? because i assure you, those "help" places don't help anyone, all they do is lock someone up and torture them further, til out of this agonizing pain they learn to lie and say they are fine. it's a fact that most of those people who got "help", have ended up exactly where they were before, with only difference that they no longer have trust in those "services" that claim can "help".
those services NEVER truly help, their primary focus is to isolate and torture to make sure that person doesn't cause harm to others.
this is what i call truly barbaric, that's what real torture is. real torture is not of a body, but of a mind.
this brings me to infamous water torture, i think chinese are usually related to it as they are widely known for it.
it's a very simple concept, person is tied up (usually in some dark, damp and cold basement of a castle) on uncomfortable table made of wood or even stone, then cold water is set to slowly drip onto their forehead.
doesn't sound too bad, right? WRONG, this is one of the most effective torture methods. if you physically torture someone, it can be effective due fear of pain, but some people feed of it and it only makes them angry and out of this anger they refuse to comply, but having water slowly drip on your head doesn't cause any pain, but rather longer term torment, which eventually leads desperation and history shows that it was more effective than any kind of physical torture.
this is how those "help services" deal with people who have suicidal thoughts, they torture those people til they learn to put on a mask and LIE that they are ok. they don't really help anyone.
proof of what i'm saying, is that violence in the world is increasing, not decreasing, therefore censorship methods are not helping.
censorhip can "help" in some situations:
there is, however, a whole different approach that governments use. it's about censoring certain information to turn people into worse sheeple than they already are.
one of those cases is shutting down TrueCrypt project.
governments aim for mainstream media/news and since people are stupid, it often has huge impact.
truecrypt used to be very popular before and around 2010, it's opensource and very powerful encryption tool, but somewhere around 2015 it just disappeared without any explanation.
on their website, they claimed that there are security flaws and you should use bitlocker.
lot of people looked thru the source code and verified that there are NO flaws or security issues and it's safe to use.
it's unconfirmed, but reality is that governments bought it off. truecrypt's website used to brag with one case where some terrorist's PC was taken by CIA and they failed to gain access to it as it used truecrypt, they tried for over a year and imagine the kind of computing power they have!
so i think they got "butthurt" and decided to shut it down, because more and more people started using it and they couldn't control it, so their only hope was to remove it and control mainstream internet.
PROOF of this, is that they pushed people to use bitlocker, it was literally put on truecrypt's website. bitlocker is NOT opensource, therefore there's a good 99.999% chance that it has backdoor, so if government asks microsoft for access, then they will give it. so bitlocker is NOT safe.
even if you have nothing "illegal" on your PC, it doesn't mean you should be ok with it, what if hackers gain access to that backdoor?
Anonymous and other hacker groups have proven over and over again, that even governments are not safe from hacking, also there could be corruption within governments. what if someone from governments or microsoft gets fired and takes it out by using that backdoor to mess with people just to put microsoft in bad light? NEVER trust bitlocker!
another thing, is that truecrypt's website was completely removed from wayback machine (archive.org), who else can do this, if not governments? there are some less known archiving websites that still have truecrypt's original website in archive, but governments aim for mainstream internet, which is why i'm sure that it was act of government, they got "butthurt" that they couldn't control truecrypt users, so they removed it from mainstream internet.
another good example is bitcoins and other anonymous crypto currencies, governments hate them, cuz they can't control them. that's why so many banks are banning transactions related to crypto services.
while in other hand, you have google and other search engines that are removing results that lead to certain services where you can buy/sell crypto without having to rely on those restrictions.
conclusion:
censorship is not an answer nor solution, it's cause for further problems. anyone who can't see nor understand this concept, is simply STUPID with IQ below 90. don't believe me? go take online Mensa and see for yourself how you end up with below 90 IQ.
105 used to be average IQ, but nowdays it's 90. even if you get 105, that doesn't make you any better, you're still stupid and don't understand the problems that censorship causes.
i'm not saying you should turn youtube into pornhub or gore website, but they shouldn't censor news. they should show the full story, including horrific events.
ask yourself, what is better:
1. shield kids from all kind of horrific events, such as severe injuries where people end up in agonizing pain and end up with kid growing up without any fear nor understand of injuries, thinking that car crash = peaceful death or that gunshot to head = peaceful death.
OR
2. use horrific events as example and show them to not only kids, but to anyone who is not aware, so they will have sense of fear and understanding that shooting yourself or someone in the head, doesn't mean you peacefully die. if you look on websites like livegore, you can see several clips where someone failed to kill himself, blew half of his face off, but is still alive.
can you imagine the agonizing pain? anyone who has seen this, would NEVER think about killing themselves in a car crash or by putting a gun into their mouth.
there was also one clip where some idiot monkey-wannabe was bouncing around and jumped into water, but slipped before the jump and ended up jumping too short and hit his head against some concrete barrier, his head split open quite literally, you could see his brain, but he was still alive.
can you imagine being in such pain? do you want this?
anyone who has seen clips like this, will NEVER think about doing something that retarded, but since world is full of censorship, people are not aware that such things are even possible.
to tell you the truth, i probably wouldn't believe you can be alive with split open head either, at least not conscious, but he was clearly conscious and aware, because he swam out of the water on his own. later they showed the video of him being in ambulance with split open head, still conscious and alive.
this is WHY censorship is a BAD thing, do you think that idiot would have still acted like retarded monkey if he knew that this was a possibility?
i'm 99% sure that this person would have never even stood near the edge if he would have seen such video before.
censorship doesn't save lives or prevent horrific events, it causes them as people are not aware of consequences.
there's a difference between violence and necessary violence, for example if you try and explain to kid that it's WRONG to hit someone else, they won't ever understand it. you need to slap them and make them understand how it feels like, i'm not talking about beating kids, i'm talking about giving them a slap that makes them experience pain on mild level. as said earlier, this is what makes people understand empathy. if they never felt pain, they don't know how horrible it is to hit someone, so they keep doing it.
STOP CENSORING EVERYTHING! information needs to be free and available to anyone who searches, regardless of the content. stick your moral and ethical guidelines up your idiot asses and use common sense.
as intelligent person, i have always had access to information, if i can't find something on mainstream internet, i know other methods (like darkweb, p2p sharing ..etc), so in other words, i have seen and experienced a lot of things that most people find "not normal", but in reality they are not normal, they're the sheeple who do what they are told, without using their own brain.
i have over 150 IQ, i seek information, regardless if it's "horrible" or "wrong", i want to see it all, that helps me better understand the world and people in it. just because i have seen "horrible and wrong" things, doesn't mean there's something wrong with me, it just makes me aware of what is going on in world.
i need to know how things work and in order for me to understand how world works, i need to have access to all kind of information, i have common sense, so just because i know how to easily kill someone, doesn't mean i would do it.
anyone can pick up a knife and stab someone, but that doesn't mean that everyone is doing it.
i hate it how stupid people think that just because i know something, it must make me a "monster". i know how to build a nuclear bomb, does it mean i would build one and nuke the world? well yea it's not that simple, because i'd need materials that are extremely hard and expensive to get, but my point is that just because i'm aware of horrible things, doesn't mean i'm one of them.
just like how some experts who do research on child rapists or mass murderers, doesn't make them one. i process all information i can find, i do research on everything and i write about everything.
there is nothing wrong with being aware of what is happening in world. anyone thining otherwise, is retard with below 90 IQ. as said before, if you think i'm wrong, online Mensa test is available for anyone, go take it and see for yourself.
Censorship is NOT an answer -- it causes more problems than it solves!
