Samsung SCX-4100 - scanning and others

I had some issues getting SCX-4100 to scan, since its stupid model and does not have built-in scan support.
you need 2 things:
* Scan driver (google for SCX-4100 scan driver). i say google, because i found thousands of sites giving DEAD links and it is fucking frustrating. so use the one on samsung site.
* SmarThru - i downloaded smartrhu office 1.0, it was 170mb something.
reason why i couldnt get it to scan, is that windows does not detect it as scanner. only way to get it to scan is using smarthru software.
u can give you the links, but DO NOT say its not working and blame me, since they change their site all the time.
