PPJoy in win7 / windows 7 [HOW TO]

Here's article of how to install and run PPJoy (parallel port virtual joystick) in windows 7 (win7 / win 7).
This method works 100%, i have tested it myself. It might be enough to use that command in cmd, but i ran win7 in test mode just to make sure.
