all i can say, is that keep trying and researching. hacking a website is not easy, you must first understand the protocols and how specific website works. then you can start tampering with it.
I have no interested in that website tho. some people think that if its microsoft, then its impossible to hack, but i say otherwise, their stuff is not as secure as you think it is, they are all about money. they just want to get stuff out as fast as possible, as long as it works, they don't care.

metasploit might come in handy in this case.
and small note about microsoft, Luigi (aluigi.org) found exploit in windows' remote protocol, that exists in every version of windows that has remote control in it, even the old 2000 ..etc. so microsoft is not secure at all.
