Just Cause 2 - weather bug. clouds and weather move too fast

exactly what it says. clouds move extremely fast and weather changes very fast. rain passes in only 2-3 seconds.
CAUSE - this bug is caused by the benchmark test. i dont know which one, dark tower is fine. its the one where weather moves fast, on some reason it gets stuck and if you save the game, then your savegame will always have that fast weather.
FIX - only fix is to delete your current savegames, run dark tower benchmark and start new game. there might be a way to edit savegame, but i cant bother to check into it.
