1. Stutter Fix 2.0 Mod
This mod includes:

WATCH DOGS STUTTER FIX 2.0 by MaLDo
TheWorse modifications version 0.7b for enhanced graphics (E3 Graphics Mod)

MaLDo is best known for his amazing texture pack for Crysis 2 and released this mod which stops the stuttering on Ultra Textures with GPU memory 2gb or less.
Download Link

I have not tested this myself as Mega.co does not work for me so I'm waiting for someone to upload it to some other hosting and then I'll attach it here.

How to Install:
copy patch.dat and patch.fat into your watch dogs “data_win64″
In the game options menu, select your native resolution and max gpu rendered frames = 2
VERY IMPORTANT: Select HIGH TEXTURES!!!! (NOT ULTRA, you will see ultra textures using High texture option)

why did you had to use some remote hosting? just grab the file and upload here, cuz that file is no longer available. They always get deleted, those hosting sites never keep anything that has been in-active for certain amount of time.

Because it is 1GB in size.
Link updated, it would be good if someone could upload it to MirrorCreator. Upload once and they upload it to multiple hostings.
Or maybe a torrent. I can help seeding from my server if atleast someone else is up for it. But first testing is important, I haven't tested the mod myself.

As far as im aware, this is not illegal mod, so host it here, you have to FTP access.
From there you can either link it or i can just move it into downloads section and done. Then you can contact author and ask if he wants to use it as a mirror link, im sure they'll be happy if someone hosts it permanently for them.

any idea what they have done to fix the stutter? as far as i'm aware, stutter is because game simply needs more than 2gb for textures or you would not be able to see half the things in your visual range, so they have either reduces the visual range (draw distance) for certain details or have downgraded the textures to take less memory.

I don't have ftp access. Message me details then I can add it or if you wanna add yourself a direct download link is on OneDrive

I heard they worked on mipmap.
So if someone have more memory then this mod will actually make use of that more memory while keeping the stutter away.

my friend also told me that if you always have stutter, it is not caused by graphics at all, it's caused by sound settings. he said he had it and he changed some sound stuff in bios and it fixed it. i didn't pay attention to it, because i don't have this issue. it had something to do with sound latency and there are tools on win you can use to see what is your sound latency.

i still don't have the patch for watch dogs, i don't know how to update .. steam don't do shit and neither does the gayPlay (uPlay), it simply doesn't update. In steam i verified cache and all, but on gayPlay there's nothing you can check or do, it won't even say when game was updated or if there are updates. its stupid.
