Just a little update. If someone wants to DoS server(Both AvP2 and AJL), there are a better way do it:
Connectors, X-Fire, in-game connector sends '/status/' string when you need to achieve info about server(Name, numplayers, gamemode, etc), thats means he also will send you back some data.
So it is better do DoS using '/status/' string. This won't fully wipe server or whats ever(Thought it depends on your Internet connection and server's), but i can recall times, when me and few my friends were DDoSing one server through sending pointless stuff to it. We all(about 4-3 guys) dealt only a small lag to it, but now i am alone can produce even more.
Well, using recorded packets with your movement, joining, shooting may deal even more lag, but sometimes servers(and even crash) are passworded.

My area here is AJL mod rel 2, mod to game known as AvP 2. I have run my server LV-426 from beginning starting somewhere 5-7 years past (can't remeber exactly anymore) within one idea, one main philosophy in mind -> no cheating anykind. On that time I have seen handful of righteous players who did learn to play by it's rules and get better, on otherside I see hundreds of complete imbeciles trying to cheat anyway they can, the level of their imbecility was so suppressing that if they ever were forced to fight for survival, there would not be fight on their parts.

Ok, I stay polite and sum good and bad benefits of altering game rules -> basically it's good thing to alter rules as this kicks evolution forward, as opposite it kicks evolution backward by millions as those who alter rules do it cause they have no knowledge at all to survive at present state. In games this means one dude do something that improves game and thousands sinks to level where all intelligence is absent. Numbers are numbers and it's point of view is it good or bad to have one light among thousand darkness.
Fact I can give to you "darknesses" is that your actions proof you to be among those who are thrown off the chessboard without fight -> players like you have destroyed totally allkind playing withing allkind games at present day and playing computer games begins somewhere late 70' to early 80' when first video games appear...so in less than 50 years you have thrown evolution backward by millions of years, is this good or bad? Ask this from yourself if you wana play some "good" game someday in future...I know the answer for myself already. (You whose purpose is to destroy gameplaying no need to answer, your actions already say your purpose)

Even that future looks grim there is light even if one is willing to do something for it, and I am. If you want found out how to alter rules then do so, what you need prioricity is how to do it and where. What I check some post here I see instantly that even that you are rule benders still you want rule out how to bend rules, ain't that funny? You people bend rules but again you make rules how to bend rules. Sounds like weakling to me, sounds like shitty little worm crawling among seabed trying to piss everyone's face cause some shark bites his balls off.

What you worms need to learn is be political, you can't go on others games and bend rules and still demand that your "game" stays untouched...I just imagine how funny it would be for you to someone hax this site and delete everything, someone to hax your pass protected game where you test newest shit hax you have developed and crush your game for days weeks and months...after that someone could ask whispering "isn't haxing funny when it's not asked? )))"

In past events you have revealed your level, you are nothing more than steaming pile of dogshit who try's all he can steam just a little bit further.

Be intelligent, be political and keep your rule bending within your zone. Hax with your haxor friends on your own servers and if you want make contact to new players for testing new stuff...tell what you doing and ask is he / she intrested you to hax on his game.

SUDDENLY, UPDATE TIME.
I guess everyone knows what addresses in AvP2 after each launch are somewhat hard to predict. And it may take a lot of time looking into your favorite memory scanner for address necessary. So, your supreme overlord (I) decided to code a trainer. Which isn't actually a trainer, because it uses a little bit tricky methods to determine opcodes (this one is important - not addresses with values itself, because it is impossible to determine those without brutforcing them)... Whatever, who cares.
It has a little of features, but they, in my belief, are really speeding up the cheating process.
F9 - unlimited ammo (this one can't always be properly turned off, dunno why, but I don't care about it either); F10 - freeze barrel (Example - take warrior's plasmagun, freeze barrel - go to alien - shoot plasma from mouth), F11 - freeze movement type (Same as with barrel's freezement, example: freeze movement in spectator = freefly), F12 - Screw ID (That exploit I've found a year ago. Well, it is not exactly this one, it is less "stable" and not always works, usually you have to die a few times before it takes action - invisibility and godmode (probably more weird things, I dunno, haven't tested it a lot). Also, F7 - unlock ability to wallwalk, which means you still have to lookup in memory scanner the wallwalk toggle value (I couldn't change it's opcode, because it affects all controls ingame), but it still speeds up the process of gaining wallwalk A LOT.
Also, I am not sure if it works on any PC but mine :DD Although I did test in different conditions, you still have to test it

it was easy for me. addresses only changed if you used other apps at the time. for example i used to run msn and winamp all the time, if i didnt run one of them, then addresses changed. thats how it worked and end of the address was ever the same. so if i had 10 addresses with 123 and one of them changed to like 222, then i just changed all of them from 123 to 222, keeping last 4 digits same.

Yup, I know it. But this "trainer" isn't load-order-dependable. Its not even touching those "barrel addresses" or anything else, because, at least, it can't find any due to its somewhat randomness. It detects the base address of CShell.dll, loaded into lithtech.exe, adds to this address some addie I've found already (Funcaddr-DLLbaseaddr) to determine address of function, which affects one or another address (Like barrel's).

I know its a old game now but i recetly started playing again. I done the old sg aimbot but there is something called rommies server which banned me so is this the end of avp2 aimbots or is there a way around it ? ppl apear to be using them.

i can do 1 hit kills with any gun by just increasing vectors, using aimbot or you can always buy undetectable aimbot from any site (any aimbot always has no recoil too, so every shot will hit 100%) ... and wow, you kids still cry over "stagger". it's part of gameplay you wimps.

in a real life, if i want to shoot my target, i don't hold down my trigger and shoot walls ... i only pull trigger when i think i can hit the enemy > which translates to "stagger". wimps never know how to play LOL.

In fact, this is what made me hack games in the first place, fucking whining wimps started kicking me cuz i was too good for them, they wimped over "NO STAGGER WTF ARGHHH" .. it's part of gameplay / game style ... what do they expect then? that i just shoot walls? .. that's idiotic. that pissed me the fuck off and i thought "if you want hacks, i'll give you hacks"

and from that, all these hacks were born. GG wimps ^.^
but it was sure super fun hacking avp2 back in the days.

Hey dumbass, if anyone didn't take the time to read it is you. I mentioned that vecs (and numerous other hacks such as free roam and aim bottng) are auto BANNED. Hurr Durr. The new master server implemented numerous mods to potential hacks. Now I am sure you could slip some through, but a lot of the major ones (that I listed before) are autobanned. A lot has changed since you last played it Sethioz. The dedicated server is long gone and there is only this modded master server left. Plus I never "cried" about staggering. I merely asked if this was a "Super Stagger" and how it would be done compared to standard staggering. Now evidently you are very intelligent and knowledgeable when it comes to things like this, but you lack common sense in understanding what I was trying to say. I can see you don't wish to help me further and I won't ask for more help. Your tutorial you linked to Youtube as well as your posts on this thread were both very helpful, but from now on I'll just ask around what remains of the AVP 2 community when it comes to further questions about this and figure it out myself.

Yet again you proved you are the one not reading correctly. Are you too autistic to understand my social cues and context? I said you were very knowledgeable when it comes to hacking stuff. I DID read this thread and DID try some of your hacks to screw around for a bit on SP. As I said it was very helpful and all the ones I tried worked. So maybe in saying you were the "best" AVP 2 hacker, that there might be some truth to it, even if it makes you less than modest. As for finding out if this "hack" I mentioned earlier was a super stagger, I found out that was the case by asking what is left of the community. Plus you think the AVP 2 community was elitist with your staggering then? It got worse now. The few people that play this game today are even more elitist than they were years ago, and if for some reason you decide to return to AVP 2, you'll find that all too well. They'll bitch about anything, plasma spam, grenade spam, staggering, rapid fire snipering, you name it. They'll claim it is a hack even if it isn't technically a hack.
