now i got new window xp and now this is the problem.....see below is 2 images 1 is normal 1 is new 1 with problem....any1 knows solution?
in problem i have to scrool to all programs but in normal some other menu comes.....

no it wont do the work.....so after 3 hours i found out the solution and saw that many people have this issue and the solution is perhaps just too simple.....
Right Click Taskbar > properties > start menu > customize > advanced > then under network connections uncheck scroll programs and done LMAO too easy and i installed xp from other cd to try getting rid of that....so if some1 else got this problem then here is the solution....

on the screenshots, resolution is different. even START button is not same size, which means resolution is not same, everything else seems same to me.

no no it was not the resolution one is the screenshot that i took and one is a pic that i got from internet and try doing that procedure above to see wats the difference in both.....scrolling seems to b irritating and also wastes a bit time.....
