Install problem, vcredist.msi missing, windows installer.

really couldnt find better topic name.
This error occurs when you try to install a program that needs C++ Redistributable to run.
I stepped on it again when tried to install game ''Mass Effect''. it said that im missing vcredist.msi file. It is not a game error, it occured because oviously something went wrong with earlier C++ Redistributable install and now game was unable to uninstall older version.
this error also occurs with several other programs. like 3Dmarks ..etc. ofcourse only if the earlier C++ Redistributable is corrupted or something is missing. some cleaning tools can also cause it.
anyways solution is EASY.
i attached a tool. install it and run it. then find ''C++ Redistributable'' and remove it.

now run installer again and whtever program you were trying to install will work.
