how to get ip of this server and how to get DDos on these ?

uhm .. do you even know what DDoS means?
this server? what server? and get DDoS on these servers? what on earth are you talking about, which servers? where?
in general, you get IP by using packet sniffers / editors.

i means my friend have teamspeak server i would like to crash his teamspeak server . which program i must use to DDOS ts server ? LOIC ? or just website like IPstresser.com what attack i must do ? UDP , TCP ?

DDoS = Distributed Denial of Service, therefore it is impossible for a single user to DDoS.
I don't write such tools, but Luigi had some stuff for TS, you can check his site and see if he still has anything that works (aluigi.org)
