Dead Island Critical Hit Chance Modding (360)

I honestly dont have the patience learn how to mod Dead Island on the PC, so i use the 360 because i know its the easiest to mod out of PS3 and PC. So my question is how to mod the Critical Hit Chance for a modded weapon on Xbox 360. I seen the cryborg ninja video, which had the chance @ 100% for the Tesla mod. The Tesla mod is my preferred mod to...well... mod? lol. So if anyone would let me know how to accomplish this on 360 (Any programs etc.), I would be grateful. And to let me know if it is even possible for 360!...That would be appreciated also. Cheers!

easiest on 360 ?? lol ...
i don't have 360, because its gay and its extremely hard to mod / hack anything on it.
PC is easiest, because you have full control over files, while in 360 you have no control.
in other words, i don't touch 360.

To me it's easiest because I know for PC you have to know hex editing and coding, to be able to do any of the shit you wanna do. I have no patience for hex editing. I hate it, its way to time consuming. And also what i meant by easier is the Dead Island save editor, with only a click of a button you can change the damage of you weapon, how much stamina you use, XP Lv etc. I also have Dead Island for PC and looked up on youtube on how to hack. Only got Hex guides. So unless you know of a different/easier way to hack it on PC, with an easy program that does not involve gay numbers and letters, then ill admit that PC is easier.

and where you think those editors come from ? they come from your 'gay hex'.
hex is just a language dude. if you don't want to learn, then nothing i can do.
but again, i don't like 360, its stupid and lame.

I am quite aware of the origins of those programs those programs. They do come from hex, however, hex is the reason why people make those programs. But im not gonna argue. I just wanted to know if it was possible to edit the critical hit chance of a modded weapon for 360. So i guess you indirectly answered my question. Much obliged.
