Need for Speed Undercover

Just as i expected, this game is quite a junk. gameplay is actually better than in most wanted and prostreet, or whatever those parts was..but game engine totally sucks. it has this punkbuster, which lags shit out of my pc and starts to connect everywhere. I DONT WANT TO PLAY ONLINE FFS !, but noOOoo, this junk still wants to connect and pulls me out of game. impossible junk.
graphics are fine, but for example Test Drive Unlimited has better graphics. my point is that NFS undercover lags like shit on my pc and it is not graphic card lag. i got 20fps when i put everything on low and resolution on 1024x768, then i put car details and car effects on high and still had 20fps. so this lag is purely coming from game engine.
I don't have the best video card, but it does have 512mb memory. its nVidia 7600GS. it runs TDU on 1024x768 with medium graphics at 25-40fps, but nfs undercover lags like shit lol.

more proof that it is game engine, is that when i quit game and start it again (without doing anything else in computer), then it lags even worse. getting 4-8fps. so i either have to reboot pc or suspend (for 10 secs or more) and then run it again, then it will run normally again. It also has some nasty lag spikes sometimes.

as about gameplay, it really seems better, but still crap. i mean cmon..i turn just lil bit and car starts to twitch and i lose lot of speed, so handling is arcade.
Really good thing which they threw out, is that retarded car class that prostreet had (drift class, street class..etc) that was really horrible lol. at least it has about 100 cars and quite big map to drive on and not only streets, but offroad places too, with jumps and debris, thats quite nice.
ofcourse they just cant take this bullshit handycap out, i mean wtf...i ram opponent into wall or other car, so i leave it behind like 10 seconds and then that opponent car FLIES back on my tail LOL. going thru traffic and everything like a ghost plane. cops are also TOOOO fast. they simply FLY on roads when you leave them behind.
in overall, it's still junk, ruined with some nonsense things. also when you start game..it throws you right into action. whats the fucking deal with that ? i want to SETUP my controller and graphics first !!!

Update:
ok a lile update on this one. it seems that crack i used was messed up. I downloaded new, no-cd gamefix from gamecopyworld (paul.dll and nfs.exe) and now it doesn't seem to lag that much. i ran it with my firewall on and it had much less lag, but yet again i do not remember one thing..i did delete whole PB (punkbuster) folder from game's folder, but i can't remember if i rebooted pc after that or not, i think i didn't, so it would explain a lot. because removing PB can also improve performance a lot. anyways either gamefix (no-cd crack) or removing PB improved performance a lot.
so if somebody has same lag problems, then plz try those methods seperatly and tell others which one makes it better.

still crashing.. those sculpt body parts are crashing when you try to edit them, not always, but a lot of crashing. well it doesn't crash, game simply freezes and can't even close it. It started when i got Tier 3 cars and tried to tune my Supra second time. at start i had np with it, it worked fine.

LOL this game is a fucking JOKE! I bought tier 1 car (best car class, McLaren F1, Bugatti Veyron..etc) Well i bought Bugatti Veyron and tuned it to the max. so top speed is over 411km/h. now thats all normal, but then i got into police chase...was going over 400km/h on highway and some FBI SUV just flied past me .. WTF ?!?! how can a SUV drive over 400kmh ? thats just RETARDED. and it FLIED past me. this is most retarded thing i've ever seen .. police ars flying at 500kmh or even more. i know that it would prolly be possible to make a SUV go over 400kmh when its highly tuned, but those are STOCK SUVs, and ALL of the police/FBI SUVs fly at that speed...it simply ruins the game.

Basically ALL player cars are same, it does not matter how fast or slow you drive. opponents will always drive at the same speed with you. Well only difference is that when you drive with a tier 4 car in a race with tier 1 cars, then just before finish they FLY past you, when using tier 1 car they usually remain behind you (when you are in lead).

Also in some races, i hit NITROS and opponents start going twice as fast as me with NOS LOL. i mean why they even put NOS in that game, if it has NO use at all. when you hit NOS, then opponents (including cops in chase) start going TWICE the speed.
car's speed is also stuck on max, even when going down the hill, speed still remains same...how stupid is that, even when gear ration wont allow more, then downhill you should go faster OR it should hit into the rev limiter (like in REAL) and reduce speed lil bit (when revs hit the limiter)
