graphics are really super, but id have to say that gameplay kind a sucks.
handling is so crap. car just jumps from side to side when you touch steering (using analog controller and steering wheel).
i tried to set the steering linearity, but its still crap. its like car slides on surface, not slide because it should, but slides as it wouldnt even touch ground. car movement isnt real, thts wht i mean. when you turn then car's rear end moves with wheels or something like that. car just doesn't act as it should. quite arcade handling i'd have to say.
damage is also well made (not as real as it should be ofc).
it would be much better on good pc, but handling is still crap lol.
im playing on 1024x768 and other things on low (particle effects on high) and i get like 25fps max. with other vehicles it went down to 11fps once. lags, but playable.
worst thing is that you can't even cut the track ! ..even a small cut will result in car reset. totally sucks. as far as i know .. in real rally you can drive whereever you want...as long as you pass all the checkpoints.
guess that new games are all built for graphics..not for playing. cmr05's gameplay is way better.
about online, it should upload records every time you finish career, championship ..etc race, but it doesnt work for me. (guess cuz im using no dvd crack)
theres about 14000 ppl who have played it online.
there was 4 ppl online around like 17.00..and after 20.00 i checked again and 0 online, not very popular game i guess.
it also seems that there's no way to make a server. you simply can play rally or hill climb. you join ''session hub'' when you choose ''online''. then ppl can only vote for next race. totally sucks.
