yeah, a frying pan can with fire under it.
reasons for your cpu getting hot:

1. you havent cleaned it from dust every month
2. pc in shit place. like under table or almost against wall, it needs a lot of space around.
3. shit cooling (having one fan at back and thats it. put 12cm x 12cm fan in front blowing air ain and as many as you can at back, blowing air out.
4. loose radiator on cpu (not properly pushed against cpu)

very funny.i meant a cpu competition not some frying pan :)

1. you havent cleaned it from dust every month= have done it
2. pc in shit place. like under table or almost against wall, it needs a lot of space around.= Its in open and not at all against the wall.
3. shit cooling (having one fan at back and thats it. put 12cm x 12cm fan in front blowing air ain and as many as you can at back, blowing air out.= I have just one stock colling fan on the processor.I dont have anything else.Nothing is blowing air in,not out(except the PSU fan)
4. loose radiator on cpu (not properly pushed against cpu)= Its properly inserted.

(\_/)
(^.^)
(")(") My cpu is unbeatable.

Gonna get some fan or another heatsink and will replace the stock cooling.

there's your problem. you NEED case fans. as you have demonstrated, case fans are very important. gain is significant when using case fans.
cpu fan is normal, cuz without it, your cpu would fry in less than 10 mins (either fry or auto shutdown), unless you have water cooling.

for now you can take side panel off, however when using case fans properly (front blowing in and back blowing out), then taking side panel off might raise the temp instead of lowering it.
anyway its boring thread.

thermal paste is a paste that conducts heat very well, so in other words you can seal radiator to cpu with it. that also might be your problem, touch your heat sink / radiator when cpu is hot. if heat sink is on touchable temp, then it means that heat sink is not touching your cpu properly. either try screwing it onto mobo or use thermal paste to seal it there. however bare in mind that thermal paste acts as clue so later when you want to take cpu off, be careful when removing heat sink. i once ripped cpu out of the socket accidently and bent few contacts. you can fuck up your cpu if you pull it out like that.

I have taken out my heatsink before too.It touches nicely on the processor, and its tight to the mobo.I will try thermal paste and post feedback.
