just as it says, well even worse support is goFAGGY (godaddy), but i refer to game developers / companys here.
there is a bug with clubs, in test drive unlimited 2. none of my club members is able to access the club (29 members). i have reported it using the support ticket. here it is:

hi. after the new exploration pack was released (version 017 i belive), im not able to enter my club anymore.
it starts loading and then screen stays black while that loading sign is moving in bottom right corner.
my friend is having same issue.

i had older testdrive2.exe stored, i launched "uplauncher.exe" and waited when it did the file check, then i replaced the new testdrive2.exe with older one and pressed "play" so i was able to play with version "097" of testdrive2.exe and using that, club works.
so there must be a bug with new exploration pack.

have this been reported before or is it just me and my friend who are having this issue ?

like huh ? why is the support ticket there for, if they send me away ? so anyway, i posted it on their forum .. no reply. i bumped the topic and asked again. like hellooo wake up. still nothing. i posted in other section .. no reply. then i sent another support ticket and literally asking wtf is going on ? i keep reporting and no reply at all. then they showed some special topic for bug reporting (42 pages long). i posted there ... NO REPLY ! somebody else saying " i have same issue" ..nothing. i updated the info, saying that none of my club members are able to access it .. still no replay. i post again. asking .. like seriously earth is calling wake up. whts happeing, paying customers having problems with your product. but its like talking to a wall, still no reply.
even wall would give you some kind of a reply that its there, like echo at least.
i have never seen such ignorance by game developers before.

while when i posted the hack about DLC cars, they patched it 24 hours later, that was so fast when those fuckers started to lose money. maybe they keep their eyes on my forum, instead of theirs. hmmm. either way, its so lame by their side.
its good that i got the hack to get DLC stuff for free, those boneheads dont deserve any money for faulty product.

another thing, is that they havent even tested TDU2. there are lot of cars that have faulty physics. for example car has 7 gears, but it reaches maxspeed on 5th gear. just sits on 288kmh and its same for not just one car, but few. this also means they have copyd carphysics from another car. just lameness.
or that one of the A4 class car is as fast as 3rd fastest A2 car (351kmh exactly). this is so lame. while one of the A2 cars is way worse than most A4 cars.
just examples. this all points to that they have never even driven those cars. they dont have any game testers or they are just idiots ... pick one. proably its both


and you know what irritates me most these days, is that those fucktarded companys always add "thanks for understand" or "We appreciate your patience and understanding" ..and similar quotes. but i DONT understand ! now what ? i dont understand why my question / report is being completely ignored. im not patient and im not understanding. so why they "thank" me for something im not ?
I call it "parrot syndrome" ..unfortunetly 99% of the world have been infected. this is where im different, thats why i dont add such shitful nonsense on my site or emails. it isnt polite and it isnt nice, its irritating and lame.
look around, 99% of companys you see today, add similar quote after their response. or like "thanks for contacting"
bit offtopic, but it all goes with atari / eden games having worst support ever in game industry. even word "thanks" have lost its meaning nowdays, its just something ppl say without any meaning behind it. like a routine .. just coming out of everybody's mouth, meaning nothing.

atari / eden games give worst support ever or no support at all
you are getting ignored or they keep copy pasting 1 year old response to you, which doesnt even help a monkey.

This thread is specifically about test drive unlimited 2. every since they released that "exploration pack", there is a bug with clubs. you are not able to access clubs anymore. it gets stuck on loading screen. its been almost 3 months since it came out. ever since i have been reporting this bug (and lot of other ppl) on their forum's "bugs" topic.
i have sent them about 5 support tickets and answer is always copy pasted from previous:

so looking at those thread, there is nothing useful. one with page=32 at end, is so old that those donut eating monkeys havent even updated the link they give in support response, it still points to page 32, while there are 49 pages now.

those donkeys simply copy paste that reply whenever somebody reports an issue. so first time i got this response, i did what they said. i went to that topic and REPORTED that bug... NO REPLY, no feedback, NOTHING. i got 100% ignored.
ive reported that bug at least 10 times by now, still getting ignored, along side with many other customers who have exact same issue.

Bug with the club in test drive unlimited 2 is specifically related to exploration (explo) patch. after explo patch came out, it started. club members cant access club anymore, it gets stuck on loading screen and stays there until you kill the process or press alt+f4.


so whats going on ? you see .. such "big" companys as atari are one of the worst actually. complete shit and crap.
im gonna rub this topic right in their face !

Atari / Eden Games just proved my point, that it takes them only few days to warn / ban a user for continuesly reporting a bug and saying that they are fat and eat too many donuts and dont care to fix a bug, but it takes more than 4 months to fix a SIMPLE bug !

indeed i have recieved warning on their forum for reporting a bug with club for like 10th time and adding a small comment that they are lazy and eat too many donuts. NOTE that i did not use any bad words.

ok it kind a is trolling, but i did it to get their ATTENTION and make them fix that damn bug ! new ppl kept posting other bugs, so i tried to keep that bug on top of the list.
anyway main reason for this was to show how LAME their "support" is. they are very fast with warning / banning, but slower than snails with patches.
in fact one of the patches in tdu2 was such failure that game crashed with it ! it took them about 12 hours to revert it back to previous version. their team must be full of completely incompetent idiots ! who look at code like a monkey ... oOOO what does this do ?? oooh woops ... it didnt work ! lets study this code for 5 months and release patch that crashes the game even worse. < atari's thinking :)
