just what it says. i bought Acer Aspire One D255E.
win 7 and android flew into trash right away and i put win XP and backtrack 5 on it instead.

im having issues with bluetooth driver, i keep getting BSOD when enabling bluetooth.

anyway, i asked WHICH bluetooth drivers do i need for D255E running 32bit XP.
their response, using template answer (i got same reply 3 times)

They asking me for serial number and which country i bought it from.

HOW THE FUCK DOES ANY OF THIS MATTERS ????
i don't fucking understand, how does country and serial number help them solve this issue ? it has nothing to do with this ffs.
cant they just fucking tell me which driver i need ? there are like 5 of them for XP and i don't know which one i need. each is like 100mb ...
same shit i got when i asked whats the deal with external monitor. cant get it to right resolution.
it wont go to 1920x1080 and it wont go on 1280x720 (it says it is, but actualy res is 1280x960). fucking pisses me off.
and they keep asking me for serial and country ... like WTF.
