hosting24 incompetence and idiocy. full of morons and idiots

those morons have done something so stupid, that even idiot couldn't do it.

They have deleted ALL downloads on my website, thinking they are copyright and illegal.
based on what ?

HA HA HA .. that's the "funny" part. based only on hashed filenames.

every website system nowdays uses hashed filenames to prevent leeching and direct linking.
for example on my shop, when i add trainer. it gets renamed to something like "Trainer.EXE_8940290234982380990989fdsa90fdsa"
same with this forum here, if you add image into attachment, then it gets renamed to something like 90392483029fdsfa9d0saf09sda
that's what hashing system is. same on my main site and wiki.
So those incompetent moronic idiots thought that those files are illegal, based only on that. they didn't really scan files or even open them.
instead they just deleted whole folders.

also i got NO warnings or notices regarding that.
how dumb is that ?? now those morons don't even seem to respond to my support ticket anymore. I told them straight out that it is incompetence and their team is unexperienced on how websites work.

Anyway this is mostly here to inform all of you, that hosting24 is responsible for data loss and not me. those morons just know how to fuck up. That's like 3rd time they fuck something up. once they did some "maintenance" and deleted whole database and i had only week old backup, one other time it was half the site files and same, i had week old backup. We are considering leaving those fuck-up nut-balls and get new hosting, but not sure if and/or when.


Report ANY problems related to images / videos / downloads / files not showing / working. Because i don't know what those moron cakes fucked up. I don't have the list of everything so post here if something is not working.
