first of, there was awesome uploader few years ago, it used "google gears" to upload videos, it was external and was executed via browser. google gears uploader supported "resume", so if it lags out during 1gb upload or so, then you can resume, but now its almost impossible to upload a video if you are experiencing some lag in your internet or pc.
another thing, this is mostly why i opened this topic. they keep changing the interface all the time and its getting worse and worse, they removed the star rating system, which sucks big time. and today when i looked at my channel .. wtf ?!

if i change my website, i do it live too, but i use firebug to test it client side first and see how my site would look like with the changes, then i make the changes in files and upload. that easy, but they keep screwing it up all the time, buttons missing, functions not working ... crist sake. they are one of the biggest companys in world and they cant synchronize their shit so if one server isn't responding, then it takes it from other ? ..blah
UPDATE:
now they quickly removed that new theme .. what idiots, instead of fixing few small bugs they remove it completely. i have seen that for at least 5 times already, they make changes, fuck up and then you never see that theme ever again. what idiots .. instead of fixing a small bug they write completely new one ??!! ..just wondering ...not that i care.
Another bug / fail
There's this option / module "ask your audience". so i tought ill test it out .. guess what, it doesnt work. if you try adding new question or changing the demo question, it says

partial fix - video URL should be link to your youtube channel, then it allows. i haven't tried with video links, but it should work with any video link, meaning that "optional" field is not optional at all.
