softICE does not exist for IOS .. at least i don't think so. SoftICE was created to debug windows drivers, so it runs under windows. and in windows you don't need a debugger, you need a memory editor, such as cheat engine, tsearch, artmoney ..etc. as i said, i'd put my phone on proxy and run a prox...

Jailbreak you're Iphone/Ipad/Ipod what ever, search for hacks on cydia, or search Google for IgameGuardian its a Memory editor for IOS familiar with cheat-engine t-search and so on.. GamePlayer is allso a memory editor but dont Work well, else take a look at XmodGames(allso cydia). I did it already...
