Kaiji - Review

Basically it's like SAW movies.
You play games and if you win, you get your life back.
But Kaiji have a little more to it.You're not playing deadly games, what you're doing here is gambling. NOT simple gambling with Kings queens and ace. You won't even see those card in all 26 episodes. There are different gambling games with lots of mind games and stuff.

Usually I watch 2 episode of an Anime a day, but with Kaiji I couldn't stop at 2. I kept on watching one after another. I loved to see the character go from money amount to 40,000 to 3,000,000 and then to 18,000,000 and then to 700,000,000.
It doesn't have any bullshit impossible games, it's a realistic Anime.

There are 2 seasons in total with 26 episodes in each for each episode running for about 15 minutes.
Highly recommended.

Animations of season 1 are pretty old but do consider watching it still.
English dubs most times ruin them so its better to watch with Japanese audio and english subs.

ah japanese .. nah. i only watch movies in english. subtitles suck.
sometimes german too, der clown was good movie + series.
